<p>I'm currently an 11th grader in the Bay Area looking for a research internship over the summer. At my school, multiple Seniors are awarded Intel Science Talent Search Semifinalist awards every year for their research over the summer. </p>
<p>Unfortunately, I don't have any insider info or contacts, so I have no way of knowing how to go about finding such an internship. I'm extremely interested in science and the scientific process, and from a personal standpoint, a summer doing something like taking Calc D at the local community college or something would just not be fulfilling. </p>
<p>Could you guys help me out by pointing me in the right direction, maybe putting up some links for lab/research internships? I want the kind of experience that can maybe even lead to an Intel Science Talent Search submission.</p>
