High school senior year GPA

At Cal Poly San Luis Obispo they make this statement “You must complete each term in your senior year with an overall 3.0 GPA in your College Prep Coursework”. My daughter was at 3.75 high school spa until the last semester she got a 2.83. For the statement above does anybody know if that means weighted or unweighted GPA? All of her classes where either AP or Honors, and that would make her last semester a 3.08 GPA. All classes at the end of the semesters were C- and above so hopefully that part is ok

I don’t know for sure but I believe it means unweighted.

For SLO, it is a weighted GPA of 3.0. As long as she received no D’s or F’s, she should be fine. As always, if in question, contact admissions.
