High School senior year math

Im going to be a senior next year and im having second guesses on if i should take precalc. rather than trig.? im going to take calculus in college, would it be a good idea to skip trig. so i can prepare for calculus? I got a 23 on my act math and ive only taken algebra I and geometry. Im good at geometry but i strugle in algebra.

I suggest to take pre calculus, and if you can, study Calculus during the summer prior to your first year of college.

Alright, PreCalculus is the math strategies used in Calculus, it’s kind of like PreAlgebra, it’s the math getting you read for Algebra material. I thought the PreCalculus curriculum covered trig lol. On my schedule it’s say ‘PreCalculus W/ Trig.’ If you struggled with Algebra, I would take Trigonometry. Trigonometry covers Analytical Geometry topics which is IMPORTANT in Calculus.
