<p>Anyone out there concentrating in History and Literature? What's it like? How's the workload, are you happy with your choice, etc.? I'm really curious because I was reading a Crimson article on it and it sounds like something I would enjoy. I want to be a journalist, and since Harvard doesn't offer a journalism concentration, I figure something with a lot of reading and writing wouldn't be totally irrelevant. Any thoughts? <p>Well, if you want to go into journalism and Harvard doesn't offer that concentration, why not apply to a different college? Northwestern has an outstanding Journalism program, both undergrad and graduate, that carries all the prestige of a Harvard degree (if that's what you are concerned about) and offers an education much better tailored to your interests.</p>
