Hit send then realized mistakes on FAFSA

So I have a cold and my brain is kind of foggy. I filled out S3's FAFSA and sent, then when I brought my information into S2's I realized I made a giant mistake. Is there any way to fix the mistake until it is processed? Will they find the mistake and not process (originally put 2011 numbers for gross income, but then looked at W2's and estimated gross income, but put it for DH's income rather than gross, so # won't add up right)? Also realized I picked a wrong school for S3.

Also, D! finishes her masters 8/13. The question on the FAFSA says how many in college 7/1/13 to 7/1/14, so I answered 3. Correct?

You can’t make any corrections until you get a message saying your FAFSAs have been processed, then you can correct!

Grad school usually does not count for “Number in college”, only children who are undergrads. If your D is getting her Master’s Degree then she is in grad school.

Including grad student in household size and the number in college?
It depends.

From FinAid [FinAid | Professional Judgment | Household Size and Number in College](http://www.finaid.org/educators/pj/householdsize.phtml)

I just wanted to follow up on this. #1 despite major errors FASFA was processed successfully (I thought it would get kicked back). #2 I asked the FAFSA on the Web Customer Service Live Help my question of how many kids would I have in college if #1 is in grad school and finishing in August, #2 will be a 4th year college student and #3 will be a new freshman and she said the answer is 3, despite the fact that D1 is a grad student and will only be in school through August.

Good to hear tx5athome!
