Temple, for sure!
I’d choose Temple.
^ You have already made that abundantly clear.
Not since he’s brought Quinnipiac into the picture. @bodangles
I got denied from Temple, so It’s between QU & Hofstra
I’m so sorry for Temple. It’s their loss, though.
What’s your net price* at each?
*net price = (tuition+room+board+fees) - (grants+scholarships)
Sorry about Temple. As @MYOS1634 said, it’s their loss. Based on my personal college search, I’d pick Quinnipiac.
Quinnipiac is $2K cheaper
Quinnipiac is cheaper, but is it affordable?
My mom said she might find a way. It’s 30K.
I have other options if it’s too expensive
“I might find a way” could very well be “I’ll saddle myself with parent loans”…
Ask carefully and listen carefully to what she says.
Are your other options affordable?
Yeah my other options are in state
Thanks! Yeah, I’m considering it a little more since it has a lot of dormers & is slightly cheaper. I went to both places
Isn’t your EFC zero? How will your mother afford Quinnipiac?
My brother attends Hofstra University and a few friends of mine attend Temple and I recommend Temple any day.
What does “find a way” mean? You’re graduating in two months, finances should already be planned!
I think Quinnipac is overpriced.
With a low EFC, Montclair is your best option.
Both these schools are overpriced; I have personal experience as both were flat out unaffordable for me and my family (not to mention undesirable next to my school).
Montclair is the most sensible option.
