Are some schools more open, or hostile, to home schooled students? If so, which ones?

Our ds has been home schooled and we are a bit surprised at how some schools seem to view it.

Any BTDT advice to share?

Thank you!

Hi Slumper, GG successfully transitioned from homeschool to BS, and, though there were some additional things we needed to do (like create detailed progress reports in lieu of transcripts), we didn’t find it deterred schools from considering GG, and in some cases it seemed to be a hook.

Because there are so many different approaches to homeschooling, and such a range of reasons why families choose to homeschool, BS are, understandably, interested in knowing as much as possible about the reasons and approaches any given family has for homeschooling.
