Honor Colleges

Which honor colleges have strong engineering?

I think you should rephrase the question: “Which schools that have engineering programs also have strong honors programs?” And if you would like more assistance from the posters here at CC, please provide a little more direction on what your other basic parameters are, such as geographic preferences, your GPA / Test scores, area(s) of engineering interest. And that’s just for starters!

With a 2200 and the highest GPA in class, and 3 subject tests all above 760

Your decision will still depend on how much you and your family can afford, and what areas of the country you prefer.
Schools will want to know if you took the most difficult classes. Some large schools have an Honors Application, and some just put you into Honors based on grades and test scores.

Took the most rigorous courses throughout highschool, and yes I would like to know which schools are gd in engineering and have an honor program?

Google is your friend: Google;

Cliff notes: Almost every large school has an engineering program. Almost every large school has an honors program.
You need to narrow the selection. CC has a pretty good search engine that will allow you to select by your criteria.

Are you a US student or int’l?

how much will your family pay?

International, 25k

The fact that you will need a good bit of aid (likely merit-based) that will limit your choices.

Your parents will pay $25k, but you have to subtract about $4k-5k for health insurance and int’l travel costs…unless your parents have said that they will pay for those things in addition to COA (including personal expenses).
