Honors/Awards

It says to list five honors/awards related to academic. Then you can list 10 extracurricular activities.
In the honors awards sections it allows you to check whether the award is school, regional, state, national international.
Here is the question: If I have entered five different international piano competitions and won awards, which have subsequently allowed me to play a piano solo at Carnegie Hall in the International Winners’ Recital for that competition, alongside other students from all over the United States and world, do I put this under activities or awards. Technically, I assume not under awards because it is not “academic”.
But then, my five awards will be mostly local school level. I do have Governors Honors Program (state level) , AP Scholar (national level), and a college Math Olympics first place individual (region level), but the other two spots will be high school honors.
I also won 4H District Project Achievement in performing arts-piano at the region level and will compete at State Congress in July, but this is also not academic.

DO… do I put music awards under honors or extracurricular activities?

I would put piano as an activity, and list the awards in the description.

There is no minimum/maximum number of awards to list.
You should definitely put your music awards under your description of your piano EC, since they are not academic.
And don’t worry about your awards being at the school level- colleges don’t expect everyone to have won those massive awards.
