Honors college

Hello, rising senior from PA here. I was wondering if I could gain admittance into Ole miss honors college. I know the website says at least a 3.5 unweighted and at least a 28 ACT or 1250 SAT two part, but I would like to hear stats from other people who have been accepted or rejected to the honors college.
I have a:
-3.85 unweighted, 4.65 weighted
-7 AP by the end of high school
-1220 SAT :( have not taken the ACT yet but I am in September
-Varsity Athlete
-Good EC's
-very challenging and respected high school
Let's say I were to get at least a 28 on my ACT, how do you think my chances would be? Thanks!

@tconn9‌ The SMBHC looks for well-rounded students who combine academics as well as leadership and service. The 1220 (which I assume is math + reading) is good, but if you visit the Honors College website (www.honors.olemiss.edu), this year’s incoming class has about a 30 ACT average. So, you’ll want to keep testing to see if you can increase your score for admission and scholarships. The SMBHC considers the entire application (essays, recommendations, resume, transcript) in addition to the black and white numbers. So, submit your application for undergraduate admission and to the Honors College! It’s also a good idea to contact them directly to talk about your interests and options. Best of luck and Hotty Toddy!
