I suppose simply waiting is the smartest thing to do right now! Thanks for the feedback everybody :)

Thank you so much for the suggestion to logout and back in again. My son was pleased to see he was awarded a great scholarship (will that be every year, or do you need to reapply every year?)…but saw nowhere on the page about whether or not he was accepted into the Honors program. He just logged back in and it was under My invitations, as already mentioned above. That made his night!

Oh, he figured it out…the scholarship is renewable as long as he keeps a 3.0…NICE!

Ok so I don’t mean to sound conceited, but it does not say anything about honors or scholarship on my right panel and I applied for honors and receiver that letter about them being impressed and wanting to offer me a scholarship. I know it said that an award was not guaranteed, but I thought that was a disclaimer in case some one did something stupid enough to void their achievements. I got into marylands honors program so I thought that it was likely to be accepted into. Udels honors program. My blue hen home also says, “hello Lisa” which is not my name… I am a boy. I guess I will just wait for the mail, but I wish this was not so confusing.

i received notification of my acceptance to UD & the honors program via snail mail yesterday, but when i logged on my account later that day it said this in the “my invitations” list: “Delaware Decision Days Reservation Form (Honors)”. so if this shows up on your account, im pretty sure youve been accepted into the honors program.

if you got the scholarship, does it mean you got in the honor program?

Thanks for the hint. I had the link “Delaware Decision Days Reservation Form (Honors)”.
It says I am invited to the honor breakfast. :]

I got the letter in the mail which straight up said my major and I got into honors program. It also had detailed sheet of my scholarship and total tuition costs.

Did you get your letter?

My son got the same “scholarship” letter and Email, prior to decisions. He did indeed get Honors program and scholarship on My Blue Hen and by snail mail (Monday).

If I were you I would send them an Email regarding the “Hello Lisa” message- to insure that there is no confusion with your award.

I got a letter in the mail yesterday about my acceptance, however nothing about the honors program. I got a scholarship, the same amount that others are posting came with their honors acceptance. I called admissions and after one of the counselors was dodging my question of it I got in, I pinned her down to finally say, “If it says nothing about honors, then you did not get in” she gave me the e-mail of some one on the honors admission board and I am going to email him/her and see what is up.

Good Luck!
