Penn has honors programs? Does anyone have a link? Are the honors only for the College or for engineering as well? What are they like? What’s different about them?

Aren't they open to everyone? Like BFS - at least the seminars...

Nevermind I have no clue what I'm talking about. I'm just pretending.

The seminars are meant for BFS, but I think anyone can take them as long as they have the consent of the faculty advisor.

This is the link that has the Benjamin Franklin Scholar (BFS) and other research/scholarly opportunities that people mentioned: http://www.upenn.edu/curf/

Joseph Wharton Scholar (JWS) is another honors program for Wharton students
