Which awards do you think that I should put on for the 5?

Awards:
National Spanish Exam-Plata de Oro
AP Scholar with Distinction
Illinois State Scholar
National Merit Commended (I got a 2330 on SAT, but 210 on PSAT, should I just leave off and let the admissions counselors assume?)
Young Scholar (School)
Business Student of the Quarter (School)
National Honor Society
National Spanish Honor Society
Dean's List

Only put information in the “additional information” section if it is additional. Anything you enter in the honors/ awards section, should not also be included in the additional section.

I’d suggest entering NHS and NSHS in a single entry, skip AP scholar (it’s self evident from your presumably self-reported scores), skip Dean’s list (your transcript will show your good grades), and skip NM Commended (not likely to be additive to your app because of high SATs). That leaves you with 5 entries. If you feel they are truly important, the ones you skip could be included in the additional info section.

Have you gotten confirmation that you are an AP Scholar with Distinction yet? If you haven’t, then you probably shouldn’t put that (at least until you get confirmation).

Well I met all the requirements, and the notification comes in October. Anyways, I am probably going to leave that off since colleges can figure that out based off of my self reported scores. State Scholar is the only thing that won’t be published before the EA/ED deadline.
