(Hopefully) Transferring From Kingsborough Community College To SUNY

Hi Everyone. I would really like some feedback on my chances for getting into one of the top SUNY schools (i.e. Binghamton, Buffalo, Stony Brook, Geneseo).
I am currently enrolled @ KBCC for my third semester towards an Associates in Liberal Arts, and have a 3.89 GPA after having completed 30 credits.
My High School career left much to be desired and I ended up dropping out senior year and scoring a 3250 on the GED, in spite of the fact that I had taken the SAT as well and scored a 610 Math and 590 Verbal (w/ a 570 Writing).
I will most likely go into pre-med or pre-pharmacy and am holding off on taking any science courses, instead choosing to take 'computer science' instead for the A.A. requirement. Will this decision hinder my chances? I'd be remiss if I didn't mention I'll be completing Calculus 1 & 2 this year.
Thanks for reading and please share any info, advice etc...
