Hoping International Student, chance me, please?

I am hoping to attend University of Alberta in Edmonton, CA for 2014 Fall term, as I am applying this October and major in music for Bachelor of the Arts.

My grades have been great until I moved to 3 different high schools in my junior/11th grade year due to bullying and received a D in AP US History at my current school because of so many transfers in 1 school quarter. Before I transferred, my GPA was 3.93 and it is currently 3.73 from it.

Also, I am in many clubs and extra curriculars. I have been in Key Club International for all my years in high school from my first school and have been in leadership positions ever since. In my current school, I also started one there, where it was nonexistent, and it has been quite successful. I am also in Academic League for Varsity, been to 3 leadership training programs, college readiness programs, an AP and Honors student, a dancer and secretary for the school group, Pacific Asian Club as a member, Associated Student Body, have been music since 7th grade as a violinist for mariachi, and have over 200 hours or more of community service.
For my senior year, I hope to impress the Board of Admissions by being in mariachi, district orchestra, string orchestra, and AP Art.

Even though I received a D in an AP class, is it possible to go to UAlberta with my grades and everything I have done?
