<p>I recently visited the Johns Hopkins campus and I love it. Like wow, when I think college the Hopkins campus stands out as the zenith of my expectations. BUT i hear Hopkins kids are crazy pre-med grade grubbers who will steal your notes to improve a test curve......My question thus is does anyone know of anyother schools of about the same academic level and selectivness that have a similar campus (this thread is clearly only fr people who have visited Hopkins and know what its like)</p>
<p>Sorry, I've never visited Hopkins, but wow, really? Until now, it was one of my "ideal schools" for going pre-med. Where'd you hear the grade grubbing thing from?</p>
<p>One friend who graducated from my school whos miserable now (but cant transfer for various reasons) and another family friend who transfered to Brown last year </p>

<p>Well, I also loved the Hopkins campus. And I've heard the rumors too, but I'm pretty sure that's a misconception. Try checking out JHU interactive. They offer student blogs and message boards and I think some of the bloggers have addressed this myth of the cut throat students there. I love Hopkins, but I'm interested in the writing sems program, so I wouldn't know about premed.</p>
