<p>After reading about the tragedy at Rutgers this week, I was wondering about the bylaws regarding dorm room privacy at JHU. </p>
<p>At Rutgers there is an expectation of privacy in the bedroom and bathroom and that recording people without their (everyone involved) consent could result in being expelled. </p>

What is Johns Hopkins stand on this subject?</p>
