Hopkins ED Chances?

Hey everyone, I'm a little unsure of how my chances look for Hopkins ED, so if you could shed some light on the subject or provide some useful information, it would be much appreciated!

Intended major: BME (cue dramatic music), with the intention to attend med school.

Basic information:
Unweighted GPA: 3.5, to sum this up, I had made some poor choices sophomore year as far as work ethic went, and my grades slipped a bit; however, junior year went excellently, and I hope other parts of my application will make up for it.

SAT's: 2300, with a 780 on the math.
SAT II's not taken yet, expecting 700-800 on Chem, Bio and Math II.

I go to a public magnet school, specializing in math and science. You're admitted in 8th grade through an application process, involving an interview and entrance exam. They let about 60 people or so in each year, and about 35 or so make it to graduation (the rest dropping out to return to their home town's school). We've had students graduate to Harvard, MIT, Yale, Tufts, UC Berkeley, and numerous other notable institutions. All courses are taught at an honors level, with no weighting of GPA's, and no published class rank (due to small class size).

They don't offer any AP courses, but we do participate in a dual enrollment program with the local community college, through which I've taken all courses available, limited to College Physics 1 and 2, English 1 and 2 (senior year), Calculus 1 and 2 (senior year), and Environmental Science (senior year). Grades thus far have been exceptional (95+) in all college courses. I'm not sure how this will balance out with the lack of AP courses. Thoughts?

Other than that, grades have been mostly A's and B's.

Extra curricular activities include some noteworthy achievements.

Regional MATE ROV Robotics Competition 1st place overall, 1st place technical report (which I wrote), and 3rd place poster presentation (which I made). I was largely accredited with winning the team the competition.
International MATE ROV Robotics Competition in Hilo Hawaii, 17th place overall, ranked out of 400+ teams who competed in a regional.

NJ Science Olympiad:
Electric Vehicle 6th place (2008),
Electric Vehicle 2nd place, Astronomy 1st Place Regionals Overall 2nd place (2009),
Astronomy 1st Place, Elevated Bridge 1st place, 4th place overall (2010).

Other than that:
I was the cofounder and president of my school's Technology Student Association chapter.
Yearbook Club - Photographer
Newspaper - Photographer / Editor/ Writer
NJ and Ocean County Math Leagues team member, 1st place county wide 2010
American Cancer Society Relay for Life event staff volunteer since 2004
High School Marching Band, Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble member, playing auxiliary percussion, trumpet, and piano respectively
National Ocean Sciences Bowl club member
Student Government representative (and hopefully senior class president in the next few weeks)

I'm also a Boy Scout!
BSA Troop participation, including 2 years as historian, 2 years as den chief, elected into the Order of the Arrow (scouting's national honor society, class of 2005), made the troop OA representative, and appointed troop Junior Assistant Scoutmaster

Also, I'm a member of a Venture Crew, serving as Crew historian for 2 years and president for 2 years. I earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2010.

Community Service include 100+ hours through BSA, 100+ hours through volunteering at the local hospital, and 30+ hours for Relay for Life events.

Work experience include 3 years interning at a local company's Information Technology department, doing work ranging from support, network management, and data analysis. I also do some amateur event photography on the side.

Other things I could add would include Community Emergency Response Team training, and orchestrator of CPR, AED and First Aid Certifications at the local hospital.

I'm not sure this belongs on my resume, considering it occurred before high school, but I also used to be a competitive Irish step dancer. I won countless awards at various competitions, and placed 12th at the northeast regional Oireachtas back in 2006. Since then, I have stopped competing and perform casually at school talent shows and what not. I think this is a pretty unique facet to my extra curricular activities, and kind of makes up for the lack of any sports.

I'm also a self taught pianist and organist, and arrange my own music for school holiday festivities, cultural nights, and talent shows.

Letters of recommendation are excellent, from my calculus, physics, and English instructors.

Let me know what you think! If there's anything on here that you think shouldn't be in my resume, please let me know! =D

Thanks in advance!

Also, would it be noteworthy to mark down any research I did in high school (not published)? I worked with a member of the faculty extensively on a 4 month study on diamond back terrapins (sophomore year), and constructed a thorough study on the effects of heated water discharge from the local nuclear power plant on the surrounding aquatic environment.
