did anyone else feel they had a horrible interview?

I didn't have one, and I'm an EA applicant, I also have not received my decision yet, but I'm glad I haven't got deferred or rejected yet as I know some people have.

Did you get in? Maybe I should have an interview to help if I get deferred..?

I thought mine went OK, it was the first one I did. I kinda had an advantage because my dad works down at Case and I've been on campus through all my life. I could recount some stories and such, and i think I knew more about Case's history than that of the admissions person.

How/why did anyone have to interview? Was this an EA thing, or for the PPSP program (which I applied for and have not received news about either way)? Just curious, as of yet I have not heard about an interview.

Mine was over the phone and it was AWFUL. The guy wasn't even asking me questions so I felt like the person conducting the interview. He was a really nice guy though and had almost identical academic interests.

My son did early action but did not do an interview. He kind of thought he didn't need one, we had visited the school and he had talked with the head of the department. We also had a nice tour. My son elected not to have an interview and we could not find on the website where it was stressed that he should have one.

Are we supposed to get Case Interviews?

As I understand it, the interviews are optional. If you are not sure that you will be admitted, it could help you - and would certainly show interest.
