Hotels Near Berkeley

Hey guys,

I am going to be in SF next month with the sole purpose of visiting the school and hanging out with some friends who are currently attending Berkeley. And I was wondering if anyone has any insight into nice hotels or places to live around the area that is within walking distance of the campus. My budget for travel is fairly flexible and any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The Hotel Durant fits the walking distance criterion, since it is surrounded by dorms and just a block from campus.

Berkeley City Club is also really close to campus.

The Berkeley Faculty Club, located right on campus, is another convenient option.
