<p>...but you can do them online. That's what I did.</p>
<p>I believe they were due on May 1, so call Cornell right away to tell them that you never received the forms. Also, just file online. You can access them through your applicant login account.</p>

<p>Housing & Dining forms were due may 1st, so you should prolly follow odyssey's advice and call. The Cornell Bound and Health history forms are due early June, so you still have time for those. Just so you know, your doctor has to fill out some of the health history forms on paper, so make an appointment early, just in case. :)</p>
