<p>I recently received my housing contract and I was offer a single room with a private bath. THe contract rate was $14,024 dollars for the year. However, my finacial aid stated it would cover some of the cost of housing. It's unlikely that I would have to pay the full $14,024 dollars after financial aid. Can anyone give me more information and if they see the same payment rate? Thanks. </p>
<p>I think the CoA only considers double room with community bath rate. That means the additional cost is not likely covered by any financial aid. I thought the single private is only available to upperclassman.</p>
<p>As did I. I will give them a call today and get back to this post with further information.</p>
<p>Remember, I am only talking about the CoA. Unless you got a full ride, the financial aid likely not even cover the double room boarding completely.</p>
