Housing: Doubles vs. Triples, Traditional vs. Modern?

Hi! I found out last week I got into washu off the waitlist (yay!) and I have to send in my desposit and housing form by Wednesday. At this point I am deciding between singles and doubles in both styles of dorms. Money is a big consideration for me (I didn't get any scholarships and I want to cut costs somehow). My question is whether anyone has noticed any major disadvantages or advantages between the doubles and triples as well as the traditional and modern dorms.

Thanks!

I’m an admitted student, but I can probably help you out a bit.

Modern Dorms: Suite style bathrooms (two double rooms of the same gender share a bathroom), nicer common rooms, laundromats (I don’t know if traditionals have these), computer labs, and generally nicer looking rooms, in my opinion.

Traditional Dorms: Communal bathrooms, slightly older buildings, but the rooms are just as large.

Many people say the traditional dorms are more social, but that is completely subjective. As for doubles vs triples, I am partial to doubles because I don’t like the idea of possibly being “left out”, if you know what I mean, but really, you’ll probably be fine in any situations; all of the dorms were definitely livable.
