<p>If it is not too late to apply for on-campus housing, you might want to look into the Gardens. They are the fairly new on-campus apartments. They are located off of University and College Avenue. They are quite nice. </p>
<p>Your son also might want to check with the off-campus housing office. They might have a list of apartment complexes that would allow you to just sign a semester lease or know of someone needing to sublet their apartment for the fall.
