<p>hi. it’s exactly as stated. you’ll have to call and ask. they’ll lower it according to your needs. but in the end, it’s still the same, cuz the housing payment counts as the first payment toward your dorm. so in essence, you’re not losing money, it’s just a deposit. but if you’re poor like me, and can’t pay $300 right now, call housing right away! hope that helped! :)</p>
