Now that DS has been accepted to BAMA, when does he apply for housing? Does he need to pay an enrollment fee and then a housing deposit? I want him to get his housing deposit in as soon as possible.
At the time he applies for housing, does he indicate which dorm(s) he wants or does he pick a room in the dorm when housing opens? He plans to apply to the honors college and is hoping for a room in one of the Ridgecrest dorms.
Around October he can “get in line” for housing. Enrollment deposit must be paid, and then housing deposit/app must be paid. No one chooses actual dorm at that point. It’s just sort of “getting in line”.
