Housing request submitted after deadline

<p>ahh dammit, i just found out the on-campus housing deadline was may 4. i was trying to do this housing stuff back in late april, but their site kept messing up all the time so i just gave up and decided to try again some other time. and i forgot until today, submitted 2 days late. woops.</p>

<p>it says i will be placed on a waiting list, and also my 2-year housing guarantee for incoming freshmen is not guaranteed anymore (?!). i’m in sixth and applied for a residence hall, if that makes a difference.</p>

<p>am i screwed or what?</p>

<p>haha, i just got that UCSD housing pamphlet today. it sucks to be out of state since i dont get this stuff on time dammit.</p>

<p>it said to apply for housing waay before the deadline because they'll be packed. is it really that bad, because of it is, then i'm worried i won't have a place to stay on campus.</p>

<p>should i email or call them or something (just in case)? i wasnt that late, so i guess that means i should be on the top of the waiting list maybe (?).</p>
