How a STEM student define his/her road map?
Thanks for replies to my threads.
My son is a sophomore (Physics/Math Major) in UMBC. He is doing well in Math compared to other subjects. He is bringing a discussion of dropping off Math and picks Physics Major and Astrophysics Minor (It is new in UMBC).
He says that he covered all the Math requirement to handle Physics Major and further Math units not going to help in his career. Keeping the Math Major impede his 4 year completion goal.
Is the task loads impacts his career? What to do about it?
I am not able to validate his thoughts.
How can he define his career road map?
Thanks for sharing.
