Music major who feels like he should be a math/physics major

Currently I'm a music major at a public liberal arts college. Music is my number one passion and I know I'll continue to perform and write songs no matter what, but the more I go through the program the less enthused I am about earning a music degree, especially since I have no idea what I want to do with it. I've thought about teaching, but I'm not sure I even want to do that.

Over the last couple years I've developed a strong interest in science, mainly in math and physics (stuff I couldn't care less about in high-school), and lately I really feel I could excel in those fields if I worked toward it. I also feel like I'd have much more career prospects with a math and/or physics degree. I would just change majors, but it's not that simple. I spent 4 years in community college, simply due to changing my mind a few times and wondering where or even if to transfer, and after this year I basically have only one year to go towards my music degree. So I've already had a lot of college, more than the "traditional" student, and I'm not sure how much longer I want to spend working towards one bachelors degree.

Also. though I feel like I would enjoy my educational background in math/physics is limited. The highest math I've had is pre-cal and the only physics I took was an algebra based physics course, both at community college. So, what are my options here? Should I finish my music degree and then go back to school? Should I change majors even though I'll be even more behind? I'm so confused right now.
