So I have a chronic illness and miss around 30% of the school year in HS usually. I know that Tisch classes tend to have very stringent attendance policies but was wondering how accommodating they are for students with a documented disability.
Additionally, I figure Gallatin is probably one of the most accommodating colleges experience one could get. However, I mostly assumed this because of the reputation Gallatin has for working with models, actors, etc. Basically, is my perception right?
Also would 11 APs and a 3.8 - 3.9 UW HS GPA make me competitive if I explain that my Bs Sophmore year were due to being penalized for health related absences? (They lowered my grades a whole letter grade).
