How accurate are ACT Practice Tests?

<p>Hi everyone,</p>

<p>My DD12 is taking the ACT for the first time this Saturday and has taken a few of the practice tests in her Barron's prep book. She has self scored them....but I wanted to guage how accurate those tests are. Does any body have any experience with this?</p>

<p>Take a practice test in the Real Act prep. book made by ACT inc. to get a fairly accurate measure of what you would get on the real ACT.</p>

<p>Barron’s ACT prep is not very well written, in my opinion. I’ve found vague questions and actual errors. </p>

<p>I’d high recommend the Real ACT Prep book.</p>
