<p>I know the Georgetown site says April 1st, but does that mean that they are put in the mail on April 1st, they go online at some site on April 1st or I should have received a letter by that date with a decision?</p>

<p>Around April 1st you will receive a letter in a regular business-sized envelope. All decisions come in this format (though acceptances are a little thicker, containing more than one sheet of paper). There is no way to check online.</p>
<p>With early action, my letter arrived Dec. 14, when the posted day was Dec. 15. They usually mail letters a few days in advance so they arrive by the posted day.</p>
