Rising senior. My SAT score is a 1900 (taking in once more after a summer of math tutoring fun D': ). Math: 580 CR: 710 W: 610. I have a weird CPA system, but my GPA is around a B+/A-. 2 years honors english, plus 3 AP classes and one College Level class. 2 years of Arabic as well as 3 years of spanish for language. Extra Curriculars include various leaderships positions (Class Sec, Orientation leader, ext...) Also a Capstone project on Capital Punishment with the Undersecretary of Criminal Justice of Connecticut. Lab assistant, plus an independent research project which hopefully will lead to getting something published (My teacher said i would be Co-Authoring something). 4 years of Fencing. And i also have had a part time job for the past year and am still working. Also I've visited the campus and "Demonstrated Interest". What are your thoughts!? Also do i have a chance of getting any sort of scholarships for this school?

Go back to the thread titled “Acceptance Letters” and you can draw your own conclusions based on the results from this past year. There were people that have lower stats than you currently have that got in and those who were a little higher that did not get accepted; same goes for the scholarships. I would encourage you to apply Early Action as my son did, he will be a Freshman at Marist in the Fall and is really looking forward to it. Remember also that Marist is Test oprional now so they mostly make their decision on how you do in High School. Best of luck, Marist is a great school!
