<p>^The title speaks for itself. I haven't heard the best things about the dorms and its making me a little nervous. Any incite would be greatly appreciated :)</p>
<p>Visited the school this summer and saw one of the “houses” the freshmen live in. The common areas were spectacular. I honestly can’t believe college kids keep something so nice. The rooms themselves were among the smallest we’ve seen. However, it’s just one year. F&M has fantastic apartment style housing owned by the university.</p>
<p>Dorms are the same as anywhere, public vs. private alike. Out of the 20 plus colleges we visited between our 2 college age kids, f&m’s were not any different. The best were Loyola in MD. Apartment style living at F&M is extraordinary though-better than my first apartment after I got married. However, rent is not cheap, but not that much more than paying for the dorm.</p>
