How are UF's pharmacy programs (undergrad and graduate) perceived out of state?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I am well aware that UF is generally perceived in the Northeast and other farther areas of the US as a "party school with a football team" with "somewhat above average" academics. And no, I do not live up there--I'm in Florida. But what ultimately matters for job placement is how a specific major or program is perceived by academics and employers around the nation (I don't plan on staying in FL after the first year of my career), which is why I am asking this question.

I am not looking for statistics, as I already have those (Top Universities ranks UF's undergrad pharm program as 4th and 15th in the nation based on employer and academic reputations respectively, with USNWR ranking the pharm program somewhere in the top 20, ranging from #9 in 2009 to #14, this year). I am looking for YOUR and your peers' opinions on the program, and perhaps the university in general. It would also be helpful if you would note the region where you heard these opinions (e.g. in Florida, Mid Atlantic, Northeast, West coast, etc.)

Again, I am only looking for your or your peers' PERCEPTION of UF, NOT an objective analysis of the rigor of its academics.
