How are you celebrating the end of SATs forever?

If you're happy with how you did in October and think you're done forever with SAT's, how are you celebrating?

I just unsubsribed to getting the SAT Question of the Day by email. Haha it felt terrific!! as pathetic as that sounds. I think I've been getting the questions for over a year now, ever since I started PSAT prep last year. I still have like 100 days worth of questions in my email that are still unopened. I think I will proceed to delete them all or send them to junk one by one...lol.

And now I'm looking for buyers for my blue book, Barron's book, Sparknotes 1000 vocab words in that box, and Grubers book.

Yeah, life post-SAT sure is wonderful=)

If only I could be done with those dreaded college apps too, ugh.

:/ I'm still taking them in Nov and Dec, so it's not over yet but just two more months!!!! 3 more months and I won't have to give a crap about school/standardized tests anymore until college!!!!

*ps: lol I've been getting the questions from collegeboard for almost a year now myself...zzzz my email from collegeboard and colleges = like 80% of my emails

^ wrong, there is a SAT for college too.

I'll be celebrating after I take the SAT IIs in a week...assuming of course I get decent scores.

I wish I could be like you guys. But in light of some 2280'er in my school retaking in Dec, I, too, must retake to maintain dominance :P

yea, i wish i could be done with all this dumb test taking.
i got a 2250, (800 W, 760 CR, but 690 M)

i wanna go to a combined ba/md program, and my CR + M score (1450) is the bare minimum to get in, so i wanna try to up those scores

I still have to take some subject tests, but today after the ACT I handed all my SAT, PSAT, and ACT books to my younger brother. It was kind of sad, actually; I know this makes me a huge nerd but I enjoy testing and am sad to have the ACT/SAT era of my life come to a close.

life without SAT is surely good. i stacked my books on the shelf already, and dont plan to open them until 2 more wks or so, gotta do a retake =S
i think i'll give my books away to people who'll need it ,only if i know them well lol. maybe sell them,i dk if thats gona work out.
yay life of SAt is almost over, i got my stacks of prep books for AP, ready to substitute SAT XD

My dad got me an XBOX 360 cause of my 1580 CR+M :)

Plus some of my friends had some kind of "I raped/got raped by the SAT" party, although most people there got terrible scores, we just felt like throwing one anyway. Typical nerd fiesta.

lol this doesn't really relate to SATs but my friends and I have a bonfire on the last day of school and we burn all of the papers from school year that we won't need.

"My dad got me an XBOX 360 cause of my 1580 CR+M"

haha wow no fair mowmow. I wish my parents were that generous.

Lol after I got my scores, all they told me was, "wow you really failed that essay didn't you (i got an 8, gosh)? and how could you have missed one math question? the SAT math is SOOO easy!"

And then they continued to berate me on how I failed my calc test at school that day, how i haven't cleaned my room in two months, and how i haven't made any progress at all on college apps.

haha typical asian parents...

i just got in my car, partied, and went to smoke sum dope. im not really a smoker, but i just had to feel badass on time in my life after I got a 2200. im never gonna do it again.
thanks CC,
for all the support,
me

All my SAT/ACT/Subject Test/AP prep books are sitting in the dumpster outside.

clout atta boy. if i got a 2200 i'd straight up blaze infront of my mom. she'd have nothing to hold against me lol

you guys are ridiculous...ly stupid.

jk, but don't try that kinda junk.

congrats on your scores

You can always start on your MCAT, LSAT, or GMAT

Life plx?^? =d
