I personally got into UC davis, UC irvine, UC santa cruz, santa barbara, UC riverside. My major is Computer Science. Currently I think Irvine or santa barbara would be a good choice. UC davis is a close second. Not sure how to choose one. SIR deadline is june 1. How are you guys choosing?
Have you visited?Irvine and SB are vastly different schools - just from a location POV.
Go visit and see which feels right.
Moved this discussion to the UC Transfer forum where you may get better input.
I have visited Irvine, I live in long beach so it’s close. I have not yet visited SB, maybe over the summer break I can go.
It’s a day trip. Why not this weekend ?
I would look at the upper division CS curriculum for each campus and see which school might have courses of your specific interest/focus.

Are costs comparable? Do you plan to live on-campus at UCI?
For 2022, UCI had 1549 Undergrads in CS.
For 2022, UCSB had 589 Undergrads in CS.
Other thing to check is how much “catch up” on lower division courses you need to do before taking upper division CS courses. You may find that your CC CS courses cover the lower division courses at some UCs better than others. This can mean needing extra quarters to graduate if you need to do more “catch up” due to lesser coverage.
Here is similar information for the UC Davis campus since you are also considering this UC for CS.

For 2022, UC Davis had 1114 Undergrads in CS.
