Well, as you all know the summer is unfortunately coming to an end. -__- What plans, goals or accomplishments you would like to complete before school starts again? I'll start:

boost ACT score by at least 5 points

obtain my learners permit

finalize college list

volunteer for at least 40 hours

try-out for soccer

update my resume

I just got back from summer camp, and I only have one week till school starts again, so I’ll be re-reading 1984, doing Spanish homework, and studying for the PSAT. Not to mention school wardrobe shopping, it’s one of my favorite times of the year :)

Hmmm finish interning in a microbiology/organic chem lab in thailand and finish my 10 page research paper, ride an elephant, go rafting on a bamboo raft, hike in northern thailand, go to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, chill out, finish some AP work, update my resume, ummm yeah. Oh maybe get some practice in for my license test in november.

Reading a 1000 book which I’ve barely started after doing a college chem course.
As u can see, I am having a BLAST. Lol
Oh and going on cc means I’m avoiding the 1000 page book for AP euro
But hey…I’m tired ;)

I got 2 weeks left and I shall be studying (sort of) for the PSAT, getting prepared for a bunch of AP classes, and also going to as many parties as I can. ;)

^Leaving high-school will be both bittersweet and cathartic for me. I gotta stay on top of my game, though. There’s still one tumultuous year to go–perhaps the hardest I’ve ever faced, academically speaking.

I will be spending the remainder of my summer running for XC and studying for AP Calc and the September ACT.

^
Same sort of thing for me, aside from the running and the month of ACT. From experience, though, I’d say that I’ll spend about an hour on the ACT per day and spend the rest of the day worrying about only spending an hour on the ACT per day.
