How are your midterms going?

Hi everyone! I'm just curious to know how everyone is doing during "midterm season." Have you finished midterms, just started them, etc.? How well do you think you've done/will do on your exams?

I've only had one midterm so far, and I managed to secure the highest grade in the class (hooray!). My other midterms haven't happened yet, sadly. I have one on Wednesday, and two next week. I just want to get the rest of them over with!

What about everyone else?

^Dang congrats on getting the highest grade! My first midterm will be on Friday…bio TT I’ll let you know after xx

They’ve all gone really well…

Chem- 92 (Class average was in the 60s)
Calc- 98
Cultural Anthro-98

I have another Calc one coming up this week… I want to kill Lagrange

99/100 on Philosophy. Made a stress related mistake.

104/100 on Chemistry.

Psych and Polisci later.

None of my teachers are giving out regular ‘midterms’ that cover everything we’ve learned up until this point. We’re just getting regularly scheduled tests…feels weird.

^ Congrats to all of you!

I, on the other hand, am having the first sub-3.5 GPA of my life…

Urban Dictionary says:

:)

^^kinda have to agree there

^Lol

Anyway, congrats for scoring high! Mine’s going pretty smooth; I’ve been getting a mix of As and Bs on my midterms, which is as expected. Overall, I’m getting the jist of my study habits, so hopefully, I can do better for the classes I got Bs in. Trying to graduate with distinctions can be a pain in the arse.

Methods of Instrumental Analysis: 305/300
Polymer Physics: 95/100
Energy and Humanity: 98/100
Linear Algebra: 40/45

I have a Calc midterm tomorrow–did the sample one that my professor uploaded on the class SmartSite and found I did pretty well on it–I just need to memorize the constructive definition of the definite integral and the definition for Part II of the Fundamental Theorem of Calculus. Then on Friday, I have an Animal Science 1 midterm and a BIS 2B midterm. I’m more concerned with the BIS 2B midterm, but my classmates and I have been collaborating over the study questions on Google Docs–we’re all contributing our answers in order to help us study.

French 309: 98%
Stat 110: 92%

I took U101 today. Have one for Stat 110 tomorrow and one for Theatre 201 on Wednesday. Yay exams.

Physics: A
Calc 3: 102%
Sociology: 96%
Communication: A
Intro EE: A

way tp perpetuate a stereotype

I have one on Thursday and one on Friday. -__-

Midterms after Fall break, pretty easy class schedule so I’m not too worried.

Gahhh, am I the only person who did poorly on midterms here? DX

I don’t have tests that cover everything from the first half of the semester, just regularly scheduled tests and one is today and I’m freaking out about it. I hate Chemistry so much and it’s going to be the death of me, I swear.

Done with midterms. Got a 100 on the one on Monday and an 88 [:(] on yesterday’s… though I almost missed that exam, so I’ll take the 88.

Not sure about today’s yet. I’d say anywhere from A to C range.

overachievers…
