Oh! I forgot to mention. The CC has a “fine arts” program which provides the foundational curriculum for transfer to most 4 year art colleges. The only non-FA classes she’d be taking in that program would be College Writing (which she could test out of), a “Humanities” course, and a Quantitative Reasoning course. Everything else is fine arts and deals with concentrations (like drawing, fashion design, photography, etc).

She’d need to know the cc foundation meets transfer requirements. (Guess you’re saying it does?) In some states, you probably know, there is a “guaranteed transfer” program to other 4-years, sometimes even the flagships.
