Since my superscore is far higher than my individual scores, will colleges not care and just look at the 2300? Will they understand I didn't try/study for Math/Writing for the 2nd time or assume I just got lucky?

…don’t over analyize…colleges “Superscore” because they don’t want students who they’d like to admit, stats hurt their rankings. Your scores will get you in the conversation at every college in the country. At the top 15 -20 colleges, your GPA, course rigor, leadership through EC’s, essays, & letters of Rec. will decide if you are admitted.

Seriously, I think you’ll live. Pretty sure most colleges look at super-scoring anyway…they look at what helps you best. Don’t work up a sweat about it.
