I know my SAT is pretty bad and I need around 70-80% aid., and so i am looking at the lowly ranked colleges right now.

My current list is -
Drexel Univ.
Colgate Univ.
Tufts Univ.
Hofstra Univ.
U of Denver
U of Rochester
Rochester Institute of tech.
Northwestern
NYU [all campuses]
WPI

This list is pretty tentative so feel free to suggest other good options.

Those ECs! They aren’t your HS ECs but they are great (in my opinion)
Btw mind sharing a link to your self created social networking website ? :0

I think apart from the SAT everything else seems to be fine. You might want to look at the ACT too, though I am not sure if you would be able to send em’ on. Try to put considerable amount of time into your essays.

Also tufts and northwestern require subject test scores.

@Codeguy hey first of all you have stellar ECs dude. I had one question my grades and SAT scores are similar to yours, some people say to me that with these scores I can hardly get any scholarships even in unis like Iowa state or arizona state and others of the same level. First question is that is it true that with such scores I won’t be getting any scholarship and my second question how are you planning to fund your studies?
(even though my post is not about your forum could you please help me with this, thanks)

Yes minato96, your scores on the lower end of the spectrum and you will most definitely not receive an scholarships at universities like Iowa and Arizona state.

Yeah that’s correct minato96, some of my friends at Iowa state are paying full tuition, with scores between 1950 and 2050. But you never know, it’s all a crap shoot

I think your SAT scores can put you at a risky spot, but you have outstanding ECs!! You need to write really stellar essays. I also suggest you apply to some colleges that SAT is optional.
Can I have a look at your website too?

You have good ECs however sat is very weak. Try to find the colleges which do not need the sat.
I also want to have a look at the website.
Thanks
