how badly is a C gonna hurt?

<p>Taking a quick glance, everything looks fine except for your UC GPA. The average UC GPA is around a 4.20 for Berkeley. Really fine-tune your essays and I say you got a good chance.</p>

<p>A high AP score gives admissions officers a better understanding of the difficulty of your class. Say you got a 5 on an exam in the class you got a C+, they'll take into account the possibility that your class must have had some tough grading standards.</p>
