How big should a laptop be?

<p>I'm currently choosing between a 14 inch 4.4 pound one and another that is 15.6 inches and 6.4 pounds. Is the larger one too large for college?</p>

<p>For most purposes, the smaller one will be more convenient.</p>

<p>I have a 15.4" and it’s fine, but SOMETIMES is too big, so pick whichever you think will last longer but don’t go past the 15" range.</p>

<p>I agree on the advice to not go past the 15" range, my previous laptop was 16" and it was kinda awkward to have on my desk in the class.</p>
