She's taking the class this summer (is princeton or kaplan better?) and I want to know what I can do to help.

do her laundry, cook her dinner, give her nightly massages, keep her pencils sharpened, pay her rent.

funny, but I’m looking for a little more serious answer.

stay out of her way. seriously.

It was meant to be humorous but there was a lot of truth to it. My answer was based on exactly what I would have wanted someone to do for me the summer I was preparing for the MCAT (except for keeping her pencils sharp - I only used pens).

I get you want to help you sister, that’s admirable, the best thing you can do is help relieve her stress - either by removing the stressful elements before they arise (paying rent) or alleviating them when they arise (massages). The other options might be planning a post-test party for her, or taking her out for a day to forget about the test for a brief bit. One of the best days I had that summer was going to a baseball game with my brother and getting just absolutely hammered drunk together. It was a great, great day and I managed to spend the whole day not thinking about the exam one iota. Whatever the dynamic is between you and your sister, do that.
