How can I completely build my math skills? :( Horrible Jan score.

I don't understand why I can't do well on the SAT. :/.
540 M, 590 CR, 590 WR. I'm really unhappy with the CR and WrR, but whatever, I'll just spend more time thoroughly studying PR and Barron's. The math, though.. nothing seems to help. What can I do? I'm a junior and I plan to take it 1-2 more times.. ugh. I'm so upset.

I highly recommend Rocket Review. It breaks down all the concepts needed for math in a very organized and understandable way and offers a lot of incite on how to perform well. RR’s writing and critical readings sections are great also.

I heard that grubers is the best for math, and right now barnes and nobles is selling it for $4.98.

I would only use the Blue Book from The College Board for math.

You need to understand that SAT math (and also ACT math), test very little math. It challenges your ability to understand and organize information. Consequently, spend your SAT training time organizing the information from a question. Many students search for formulas when the question doesn’t require a formula at all.

Since you’re scoring in the 500s, I encourage you to ignore difficult questions. Work to learn how to answer easy and medium questions. As you work through the Blue Book, don’t worry about time. Focus on organizing the information and what is ACTUALLY asked. Whatever you do, find a way to slow down. There is a very good chance that your are not paying attention to details.
