I just need to know, because although there are predictions of snow and ice for later today and tomorrow morning, no announcements have been made. And with the test only about 15 hours away, I don’t have much time. I don’t want to stay up all night waiting for the news to announce it, and it never happens and I only get 6 hours of sleep. At the same time I don’t want to wake up tomorrow morning and get stuck on the road or risk getting in an accident. Do I contact CB? Or the school testing site?
Did you check the College Board’s site? Search for SAT Test Center Closings. Also found the info on local news websites, with school closings. It said something like “------- county school closing early Friday. No Saturday activities, including SAT testing.”
I would first check the College Board website on the “SAT Test Center Closings” page. Keep checking your local news websites or television stations to see if any information about your test being postponed. There’s always the possibility that a decision might not be made until tomorrow morning, if roads and conditions are worse than originally expected.
Thanks for the advice. Right before I nearly went to bed to rest for the test, CB announced it was close. At least I get an extra 4 weeks prep!
