How can I get an interview?

<p>I have completed my app. for Havard around Dec, 25, and two of my friends did the same about the same time. But one of them have already gotten an E-mail for an interview, while I did not. So I was wondering is there any special process for admission officers to pick out the applicant for interview, or is there a number or Email we have to sent in order to get one? </p>
