How can I get into Harvard Business School?

Hi everyone. I am currently a senior in high school and will be attending Emory University next year. After graduating from Emory and then working for a few years, I hope to go to Harvard Business School. So, my question to you all is, how can I get in?

Aside from getting a 4.0 college GPA and a really high GMAT score, what else will I need to do?
I'm going to major in business, but what other classes could I take to help me get in?
What extracurriculars and leadership experiences do I need to do in college?
What type of work experience will I need during college?
What sort of job do I need after I graduate?
And what else do I need to do to get in?
Thanks.

I heard if your father is the President, a Senator, a CEO of a Fortune 500 company, you could get into HBS....

You're a senior in HS. Just worry about doing well academically and enjoying life in college first. You're getting ahead of yourself. Find something that you have a passion for and that you will excel in and let things go from there.

If you really must know, you can use the search function. I'm sure the topic has been addressed many times. The bottom line is that you have to stand out among the applicant pool.
