How can I improve my SAT score?

<p>I just took the SAT for the first time this June, and I am going to be a senior next year.
Since I have to take SAT subject tests too, I can only take the SAT one more time.
I really want to improve my scores, particularly my Math score. I would appreciate any advice or opinions!</p>

<p>My scores are</p>

<p>Critical Reading 750
Math 640
Writing 750 (with an essay score of 9)</p>

<p>Total: 2140</p>

<p>I did look through a lot of old posts, but most people seemed to be concerned with raising their writing score, not the math score, which is what I really need to focus on.
